Healthy Strawberry and Kiwi Smoothie!

Hey guys,
Today's blog post is a recipe of one of my favourite smoothie's! Lately, i have been making so many smoothies and making new and different recipes, that i decided to share one with you today! If you want me to make a whole section of just my healthy smoothie recipes, also if you recreate this smoothie, post a photo to instagram, tag me in it and use #HealthySmoothiesWithTianna! Any way, let's get to the recipe!



 Healthy Strawberry and Kiwi smoothie!
What you will Need:
1 or more kiwifruit (depending on your taste and how much you want to make
1/4 cup of frozen/fresh strawberries (you can also add raspberries
                                                                          Method:
1. Peel your kiwi fruit, once peeled slice into smallish pieces. Then add to your blender.
2. Next measure 1/4 cup of your strawberries. If you want raspberries aswell, add 1/4 cup of them.
3. Put into your blender and put around 1/4 cup of water or fruit juice, it's your choice :)
4. If you want it to be thicker, add 1 tablespoon of non-fat greek yogurt.
5. Put everything in your blender and blend until the way you want it.
6. Put into a glass or your masen jar and you are done! ENJOY!! :)
